Ive used these gloves for my MMA training, and I would be lying if I dont say Im EXTREMELY satisfied. Firstly the padding on the knuckles is perfect, it is thick in all the right places. Also the strap is strong and keeps your wrist secure, I have also manged to wear these on top of handwraps which I think is really useful. There is also extra support near the thumb area which I have noticed other brands do not have, as the thumb is usually isolated. This is definitely one of the best products I have ever used. The electric pump is not compatible in uk sockets. Have to get usa to uk extension. Work twice and broke. I paid extra for the pump. Dont get this product if you are from the uk. Go for the other one without the pump. And pay for electric pump separately, however not from this seller.

I don't participate in MMA however these gloves are excellent of training with mid to heavy boxing bags. Why? Firstly they are light and versatile providing a good amount of wrist and knuckle support while also allowing speed without weighing down your hands. This is more beneficial to use to train with over other gloves like 14oz or 16oz which are arguably heavier and better for those competitively boxing. The gloves are solid and looks nice. It is a given, being MMA gloves, that there are holes for grappling, however outside of MMA this is still a useful inclusion for boxing training as it makes it easier to get the gloves on and off and hold other things like water while training.
